Return Policy and Instructions

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a description with your email and phone number in the form below. We will work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Contact us first through the form below with your order number and product type and issue in the comments box.

2. We will email return confirmation. If we ask you to ship the product back for the return, please: Send all returns to our Charlotte facility:

This is a factory for returned merchandise and not used for correspondence. To connect with us, please use the contact page. 
We do not pay return shipping. The return address is set to our printing facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. 

3. Once received at our facility and confirmed to be defective, you will be sent an automated email and a new product free of charge.

We do not cover:

Wrong Size - We provide a sizing chart for each product so please measure before you buy. We cannot return a product for the wrong size.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Buyers Remorse - Unfortunately we cannot take back items that are not defective for any reason.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Our factory does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, water bottles, and yoga mats, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks, water bottles, or yoga mats won’t be available for returns.
